I took this very cool Stressed Kitty tee shirt and turned it into this sexy cool halter top or dress. I made straps of red and white striped knit to match. I sewed lingerie elastic around the top to assure a sexy fit. Would make a great gift! One of a kind. Bust stretches from 30"-36". It's 20" long
