I took this very cool vintage Dixie Chicks tee shirt and made it into a sexy halter top or dress. I made straps from new breast cancer cotton fabric. I sewed lingerie elastic around the top to assure a sexy fit. So cute with cowboy boots!
Bust stretches from 27"-36". It's 28" long
