I found a vintage CHICAGO tee shirt and made it into a sexy halter top or dress. I made straps from red, white and blue cotton that I tiedyed myself. I sewed lingerie elastic around the top to assure a sexy fit. Perfect to wear out clubbin' Bust stretches from 30"-36". It's 28" long
