I took a very cool NAPOLEON DYNAMITE tee shirt and I turned it into this sexy halter top. I made straps from new soft sweater knit. I sewed elastic around the entire top to assure a perfect fit. Perfect for a NAPOLEON fan. You won't see another one :o)
